IM OBVIOUSLY DEPRESSED AND IM SICK OF IT. I WANT IT TO BE GONE NOW. I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE THE UPS AND DOWNS. I JUST WANT TO BE MY OLD SELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SAY THERE IS A PLACE THAT CAN CURE ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE
I dont need a hospital. i want to go to a place, like a group home that treats people like me with around the clock care, and counseling.

For the last few months I been really stressed and Im only 20 and I was looking up stuff about anxiety and I have alot of the symptoms for it so I was just wondering how I would find out if I really do have it and what are the treatments for anxiety or is there anything I can do to not be so stressed and worried all the time please help!

I have always suffered from anxiety. I am having financial problems and emotional problems with my family. I’m to the point where I can’t even function to attempt to resolve these issues. I don’t have health insurance (or cash) to see a doctor or get medication. Do you know of any natural ways I can try to ease my anxiety enough to focus and function somewhat in my life? Thank you.
I have no one that I know that I can talk to about this either.

my doctor is real chill, and honost with me.

i suffer from real bad anxiety and nausea, ive been in counseling and prescribed tons of meds for 15 years and i recently took myself off all psychological meds two years ago. ive barely been able to cope with things, hwoever i saw adverse results while taking synthetic medication.

i want to see if my m.d can reccomend me to get a michigan medical marijuana permit/certificate.

how would i even bring this up to him?

i do not wish to take pills or synthetic medication ever again. its done alot of harm to my body

help?

plain and simple tell them the same exact thing, you have a choice in what medical route you would like to take and don’t have to do or take the suggested alternatives if you think others will fit your need better

What we need to understand when we talk about panic anxiety treatment is the nature of such treatments and their true effect.

The defense mechanism assesses the situation and decides whether this fear factor can handle a fight or whether it needs to trigger the body to flee.  

With panic and anxiety it gets more confusing. The brain sends the body the fear signals, but when it wants to assess the situation for fight or flight it finds nothing to assess.

 

When a person is diagnosed with panic or anxiety attacks, mainly two options are on the table for treatment; the first is very easy and straightforward which is through medication. The second is more complicated because it can contain quite a large variety of schools. It is known as the natural treatment.  

To be able to simplify the two categories we can just say that the first category involves medication while the second one does not include medication.  

Many doctors prefer the usage of medication because of the fact that the results can be shown quite fast. The patient can quickly realize the disappearance of the anxiety physical symptoms.
